Bright, crisp, and floral, Dot Brew’s Cold Pale Ale blends the smoothness of a blonde with the zest of an IPA. Brewed with Vienna and Pils malts, it has a light, biscuity malt base that lets the Centennial and Huell Melon hops shine - added during the boil and in dry hopping. The result is a refreshing, aromatic beer with a delicate bitterness and a clean finish. A great gateway Pale Ale for those who appreciate subtle yet expressive hops.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, biscuit, lemon, light melon, floral hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, lemon, melon, lychee.
