750 mL bottle. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, fizzy, off-white head. The aroma is orange peel, lemon juice, nutmeg, dusty books, and honey. Not too sweet, mildly tart, and a touch bitter. Light body, sharp, and acidic. Easy, complex, and nicely balanced.
