Áron sörfőzőnk ötlete nyomán a Herr Lager alapjaira építettünk, de a Gentle Bastard helyett most egy régi kedvenc komlóprofilt hívtunk vissza a Selfish Games 022 West Coast IPA-ból.
Ahtanum, Citra és Simcoe komlók hozzák a west coast érzést: citrus, fenyő, enyhe gyantásság és ropogós száraz kortyérzet. Egy tiszta, keserű, mégis könnyen iható west coast pils, amit a Journey 1000 hagyott maga után – most 4,5%-on, frissítő kiadásban.

Our 1100th brew is a milestone we didn’t want to take lightly.
Inspired by brewer Áron’s idea, we built it on the base of Herr Lager, but instead of Gentle Bastard we brought back a memorable hop profile from our Selfish Games 022 West Coast IPA.
Ahtanum, Citra and Simcoe deliver that classic West Coast vibe: citrus, pine, a touch of resin and a crisp, dry finish. A clean, bitter yet highly drinkable West Coast Pils that follows the path of Journey 1000 – now in a refreshing 4.5% edition.

Draft at the Stifler Beerhouse & Kitchen, Budapest. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderatee to light bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, watery, light melon, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
