Fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces and Belgian Saison yeast, then dry-hopped with estate-grown Amarillo and can-conditioned for lively carbonation, this saison is as elegant as it is expressive. Expect notes of peach pit, apricot, and lemon meringue, all lifted by a brisk dryness and rustic edge that keeps you coming back. Dry, rustic, refreshing…everything a saison should be.
