For the first time ever, we used Wai-iti Cryo™, unleashing intense hits of lime, apricot, and peach. Mosaic brings tropical fruit and berries, while Sabro layers in coconut cream and tangerine zest. Add 25% oat malt for a smooth, pillowy body, and you’ve got a beer that’s as bright as it is soft.
