Mechadoom, our newest hazy ipa, is a machine sent back from the future, for pure destruction. Built with an army of oats, wheat and flaked rice its hazy armor is impenetrable. Hopped hot side with motueka, citra, and simcoe cryo its engine gives off fumes of papaya, citrus pith, and guava. Post fermentation, we gassed up the doom machine with even more motueka, citra, mosaic, and nelson hops. This kicked on the afterburner for even more tropical fruit jumping out of the glass.
