Imperial Scotch Style Ale with Gingerbread Cookies, Ginger, Vanilla and Cinnamon

Cozy up in your favorite sweater, breathe in that crisp winter air, and get ready for a second batch of holiday cheer—because this time the recipe calls for Double Gingerbread Cookies. This rich and malty scotch ale was brewed with the perfect ratio of two freshly baked gingerbread cookies from Eight Mile Meadow in Deep River for every pint. Twice the cookies, twice the flavor, twice the festive flair.

In addition to the warm, malty notes you’d expect from the base beer, we’ve amped up the abv on this treat and added twice the holiday spice to match the added cheer. It’s everything you loved about the original, doubled to make the season last just a little bit longer.

Pour a glass by the fire, gather around the table, or savor a quiet moment under the glow of holiday lights—this is comfort brewed twice over, from Little House and Eight Mile Meadow, made to be shared all winter long.
