We macerated some 2 year-old lambic with Regent grapes for nearly half a year and further matured this grape lambic in an ex red wine barrel for more than 6 months. Before botteling, we blended the beer with a small amount of tarragon lambic, which nicely complements the deep red fruit aromas of the Regent grapes.

From bottle at Wild Fest 2025. Firm red fruit aroma, red wine, dragon fruit. Tart, medium sour, hint of sweetness. Rich, must contain lots of antioxidants...
