West End Export is a collab with our pals at Kichesippi Beer Co. Dean from Mississippi Mills
Malting and Phil from Kichesippi have been importing Pilsner malt from a family run malt house in Germany called Schuema. We figured we'd give the malt a try in this beer as it still supports our local maltster and lets us play around with a new to us ingredient. This German inspired Export Helles is 5.2% ABV with a subtle floral hop expression that blends well with the honey notes from the malt.
