(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20251226) The beer poured golden brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, toasted malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, toasted malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had toasted malts and bitterness. Nice. Bit too sweet.

On tap at Gallows Bird - Tapiola, pours a hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is jumbled, with bready malt, earthiness, not much else. Flavour is sweet, with syrupy caramel malt, bready notes, some earthiness. No real hops, lacking balance. Amateur nonsense.

Poured amber in color, thick white head.
Bready and toasty, sweet, porridge, dried fruits. Thick.
