A classic Hazy IPA with the addition of hot Sauvignon pomace pressed from the day. A classic Neipa malt base, Barbe Rouge and Mistral whole-flower hops, and Elixir dry hops, fermented with a thiol-activating yeast.
Cloudy, balanced, very fruity, and smooth.

Can from Beerdome. Aroma is bubblegum and white grape, soft floral notes, white wine, lemongrass. Dry with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. Decent, but not really my profile.
