The Craft : For this second edition of Lambic’ado, we visited Fernández-Gao in Jerez de la Frontera. There, we personally selected Palo Cortado, Oloroso, and Amontillado casks, where our geuze was allowed to age for an additional season.
The Experience : Lambic undergoes a transformation when allowed to age in beautiful oxidative wine casks. Each barrel gently imparted its character to the
lambic, making the blend complex and expressive. Sherry notes, robust structure, and aged wood. Label design by artist
