Curious kittens sometimes get themselves into trouble. What they find out is some things are best left alone. Likewise, curious brewers sometimes add flowers and junk to their beer to see what'll happen. What they find out is those flowers will add a sweet note and stunning pink color to an otherwise tart and salty beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Na’ama’s place. Thanks Tom L. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Nice hazy pinkish orange. Pleasant aroma of lacto, coriander, a bit of hibiscus. Mildly tart flavor, with a bit of lacto, lots of coriander, a light salty note, and a citric hint. Rather light-bodied, lively carbonation. Pretty nice.

Bottle. Sour milk, hibiscus, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet hibiscus, biscuit malt, sour milk, and very mild bitter hay flavor. Good body. Interesting - no much sweetness - very good.
