On tap at the brewery. Milky yellow appearance with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is full of juicy fruit, star fruit, guava, pineapple, lightly spiced herbs. Moderate plus bitterness. Quite dry. Twangy with lots of fruit. Solid but not amazing.

Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016 Grand Tasting. Hazy very p[ale yellow color, white head with good retention and lacing. Huge dank aroma. Taste is earthy onions and garlic. Very tasty if you like this sort of thing.

Ok, milky hazy pale color. IPA aroma perfume. Astringent medium IPA flavors. Some co2. Some bitter citrus rind. If this was an IPA, I’d say it’s quite acceptable, but its a saison, a hoppy saison? RBSG 2016 grandtasting from a can. Crushable? Not sure.

jeez. this beer is ugly. I hate this new style of let’s just make it a milkshake. smells like pickles. hmm, some farmhouse elements here, oats and citrus but it’s so flat and one dimensional. seems like these guys just make great labels.

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a hazy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is clove, lemon zest, wheat, some funk. Thin mouth, light spice, wheat, funky, fruity hop, light finish, very good.

Sample at the GCBA Summer Session on 08/23/2014: Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Aroma of herbal hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of fruity yeast, mild hops and bready malt. The finish is herbal yeast and hops. Decent overall.
