On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is dominated by intense fennel and nothing else. Flavour is likewise a fennel bomb, with little else to speak of. Clean malts at the base, so it’s drinkable, but you have to absolutely adore fennel to like this. Not for me.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Nose is absurdly dominated by fennel seeds. Flavour also has a ridiculous amount of fennel with some dry wild yeast and dry grass. A unique though not particularly good experiment
