Brewed with a new-to-us barley varietal malted by Rabbit Hill and single decocted. Hopped with Czech Saaz and Vista hops. A lovely mix of herbal and floral brightness rounds out a clean, pleasant, and elegant malt structure highlighted by soft breads, rustic roadside stands, and fresh air.

16 ounce can from brewery. Medium gold pour. Large, pillowy off-white head. Fragrant herbal hop aroma. First sip yields tangy, bready malt flavors. Then comes the spicy, herbal hop follow-up. Floral, herbal and peppery notes abound. Crisp, clean and defining. A wonderful interpretation of the Kellerier style.

16 oz can from Kevin, thanks dude, 12/9/25. Pours a mostly clear, bright golden color with a foamy froth of bright white head. Lemon, grass, pineapple, and pine. Bright and grainy. Very refreshing. Highly drinkable. Fairly dry on the close.

For a keller this is awesome. Crisp. Pours clear golden with good head and lacing. Finishes with light bitterness. Nice stuff. Tap at Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear yellow color, white head. Looks great. Aroma was nice light bready notes. Bready, floral. Really nice and crisp.
