Pours clear golden with some head. Some lemon, a little tanginess at the finish. Maybe a hint of bread yeast. Maybe a hint of smoke. Tap at Snally.

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear golden yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was smoky lemons. Flavor was light bread, some lemon, and a touch of smoke. Interesting.
