Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden blonde. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon, crisp apple skins, honey nectar, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is dominated by cinnamon, followed by bourbon, apples, and a touch of the vanilla. A bit too much cinnamon but great honey depth and it all comes together well.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear blonde. Sweet floral honey and apple skins on the nose. Flavour has boozy floral honey, apple skins. Very nice, but a bit rougher than some of their other stuff.
