In 1939, Nashville was "the iris city of the world." Our new saison, brewed with raw wheat from Windy Acres Farm & experimental ADHA 529 hops, takes its name from a bearded iris cultivated that same year by local Thomas Williams (Iris City Gardens). With notes of coconut meat, fresh cut hay, and lemon curd, Waverly recalls barefoot evening strolls through just-bloomed gardens and laughter-filled nights met by dewy mornings.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, see pic please. Aroma of dusty herbs and haystacks. Taste is dusty finky citrus and straw. Nice.
