The yuzu is OK but kind of kills any sense of the Japanese rice lager. But not that that would have been a strong flavour profile to begin with. Pours golden. Some cloying tangy finish. Tap at Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear orange color with a smaller, wispy head. Aroma was light bready notes, citrus, mild herbal bitterness. Really nice. Poppy vibrant aroma. Flavor is kind of odd clean for the most part, but with a kind of odd overpowering fruity character to it.
