Panda at home, thanks to the Bearded Avenger, 09/11/2025.
Golden copper with a thin off white head.
Nose is stewed fruits, raisins, caramel, straw.
Taste comprises earthy fruits, biscuit, caramel, grass.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay green hop affair.

Cask at the brewpub. Clear amber. Thin foamy white head sticks to the rim. Bitter woodiness with gooseberry and some caramel. Aroma and flavour. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Described by the brewery as a English Pale Ale but the barmaid described it as a bitter, and I would side with her. Decent enough.
