Peated Imperial Baltic Porter

Hellraiser II is a beer created by the Nieczajna Brewery in cooperation with Chmielobrody. The production process uses malt smoked with peat, which gives the beer its characteristic smoky aroma. In the background, there are accents of dark malts, chocolate, coffee and dried fruits such as plums and raisins.

The taste is full, with a clearly marked burntness, a peaty finish and a subtle sweetness of caramel.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma has moderate peat, vanillin, and toasted malt in good cohesion. Flavour has plenty of peated smoked malt, toasted malt, vanillin, and gentle sugars to back. Good malt structure providing base for the smoke. Excellent.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours very dark brown with a beige head. Woody smoke and roasted, chocolatey malts on the nose. Flavour has dry chocolate malt, some burnt sugars, and a nice layer of campfire smoke. Very nice.
