Elemental Darkness is our collaboration with the Norwegian brewery Bådin, born from a shared desire to capture that feeling when the sun hasn’t risen for days, and it’s not the warmth outside, but something inside that keeps you going.
This beer was brewed where the sea is icy, the light is scarce, and the coffee is stronger than the morning. It’s where Norwegian minimalism meets Budapest’s experimental spirit – where northern silence blends with urban energy.
The result is a Dirty Chai Imperial Stout that flows as smoothly as the polar night itself. Cocoa and roasted malt lay the foundation, layered with deep coffee tones and an exotic Chinese five spice blend – cinnamon, coriander, anise, allspice, and bay leaf – bringing a warm, gently spiced character to the darkness."

Az Elemental Darkness a közös kísérletünk a norvég Bådin Brewery csapatával, hogy megfogjuk azt az érzést, amikor a nap már napok óta nem kelt fel, és a hideg helyett valami belső meleg tart életben.
Ez a sör ott született, ahol a tenger jeges, a fény szűkmarkú, és a kávé erősebb, mint a reggel. Egy pohárban találkozik a norvég minimalizmus és a budapesti kísérletező kedv, az északi csend és a városi lendület.
A végeredmény egy Dirty Chai Imperial Stout, ami selymesen hömpölyög, mint a sarki sötétség. Kakaó és pörkölt maláta adja az alapot, erre rétegződik a kávés mélység és az egzotikus kínai ötfűszer - fahéj, koriander, ánizs, szegfűbors és babérlevél -, ami finoman vibráló, meleg karaktert visz bele."
