A savoury twist on a classic style. This gose packs tomato, lemon, lime, celery salt, cracked black pepper and a hit of chilli for that unmistakable Bloody Mary kick. Tart, salty, spicy and dangerously drinkable. Best served with an extra dash of Tabasco & cracked black pepper.

28/10/2025. Keg pour at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Not keen on the murky pour. Aroma is tomato, pepper, lime, salt & pepper cracker, touch of celery (not a lot fortunately, canโt stand the stuff). Taste is salty tomato with a hint of chilli. Aptly served at the curiosity bar. Liked it but was happy to have just got the taster.
