Dark, elegant, surprisingly light. DRAMA is our interpretation of Tmavý Ležák, the traditional Czech dark lager: a beer with an intense brown colour with ruby highlights, a compact, creamy head and a deep but never heavy aromatic profile. The nose reveals notes of toasted bread, bitter cocoa and a slight hint of liquorice, while the palate is struck by the smoothness of the malt and the dryness of the finish, perfectly balanced by a discreet and clean bitterness. DRAMA is the dark side of concentration camps: dark in appearance, but clear in its intentions. A beer that doesn’t shout, but leaves its mark. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast.
