Cask at kernel tap room bermondsey. A opaque dark brown coloured pour with a lasting loose khaki head. Aroma is nutty toasted malts, pine needles, brown sugars, light campfire, liquorice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered malts, nutty, toasted, singed pine needle, liquorice, tobacco.. Palate is superb cask condition, semi sweet, rounded, fine bubbles.. Lingering roasty malts. Lovely stuff. So well balanced. Some resinous hop on the tongue as well.

Wow that’s good. Well toasted malts, rich piney hops, mellow oily bitterness. Nips of cocoa and burnt caramel. Great condition. Resinous, toasty finish. Superb.
