A crisp & refreshing traditional American Pilsner made from malted barley, locally grown corn & America’s only native hop variety. This beer has a slight residual sweetness from the corn & a floral / herbal hop aroma. Chicken Scratch is light on the palate & flavorful. Listed as a classic example of style category 27F-Pre-Prohibition Lager byt the BJCP.

Tap @ Flyte, Nashville. Blonde, hoppy with a dirty citrus taste. Lemon and grapefruit are here.

Can Clear light yellow body with a generous white head. The aroma has some light grass, spicy hops. The flavor is lightly bitter with a subtle malt balance. Decent beer.

Clear light golden with a decent off white covering. Nose carries a big citric zing, spice, straw, lemon, vanilla essence. Taste comprises bready malts, vanilla, clean tasting, lemon rind, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid pils - good gear.
