Valley Town was inspired by a recent trip to Washington State. While we were there we indulged in some perfectly balanced Pale Ales that were easy drinking, but also beautiful showcases of the world class hops from the region. This beer was hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, El Dorado and Krush and the result is crispy and flavourful with big old school hop notes of citrus and pine. It's dry and effervescent on the finish and begs for a refill.
