[Peacharine | Cashmere | Motueka]
We set out to brew a beer that screams "I'm juicy AF" without being overly sweet, and we think we hit the brief. Canopy features some exceptional later harvest Cashmere, which delivers pure fruit notes rather than the grassy citrus you get from earlier harvests. When we say 'fruit,' we mean an indiscriminate, but tasty medley of stone fruit, red fruits, and gummy lollies. We then paired it with Peacharine to really push the stone fruit character home and early harvest Motueka to layer in bright, zesty citrus.
Canopy is a perfectly balanced, immensely flavorful hazy that you won't want to put down.

From a 440ml can on 24/10/2025 (purchased directly from the brewer). Pours a dirty hazy deep golden with a medium head. The nose feature some peach, passionfruit, citrus zest and touch grass. As expected, it's a fruity beast on the sip - peach, passionfruit, mango and bit of strawberry, leading into a firmish, tangy, slightly spicy bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very nice indeed.
