Rich Amber in Colour, this is our take on an the traditional Okoberfest Bier brewed in Bavaria Germany, using a balance of Lager, Munich and Vienna Malt for the base and a touch of Crystal Malt for colour expect a sweet rich taste, Mittelfruh hops have been used for bittering and flavour but just enough to balance out the sweetness. An extremely morish beer for it's strength.

Gravity cask at the 28th St Albans Beer Festival, 26/09/25.
Golden copper topped with an off white head.
Nose is caramel, stewed fruits, herb, hedgerow.
Taste comprises biscuit, caramel, fruit esters, toasted grains.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Tidy enough for a cask lager.
