Brewed with a wheat heavy grist, we fermented this beer with an expressive farmhouse strain. We then gently dry hopped it with a combo of NZ Pacific Sunrise+Hull Melon hops before further conditioning on lemon zest. A burst of citrus fruit and lemon sorbet, finish with a touch of delicate tartness, and subtle wheaty funk
