A rich, malty Eisbock. This concentrated German-style lager was created by partially freezing a weizenbock & removing the ice to intensify flavor & abv. The result is a velvety beer with deep notes of caramel, toasted bread & dried dark stone fruits. Flavorful, but never harsh or too sweet, it has a warming, smooth finish.

Floral, with some lime and lemon. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Certainly didn't taste like 18%. Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear, copper color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was sweet malt, some nutty character, light lemon. Flavor was sweet malt, really pleasant. Super smooth for an 18%.
