Brewed with our friend Breeze Galindo & MiLuna Brewing, Hasta La Raiz: Esa Morena is a Mexican-style dark lager rooted in memory, migration & resilience. Crafted with a touch of smoked sea salt, it unfolds slowly. Layers of cacao husk, piloncillo, and dark toast drift into soft salinity and smoke, like the lingering scent of woodfire in coastal air. At just 5.0%, it remains light on the palate, yet deep with intention.
Part of the national Hasta La Raíz project, this beer stands in solidarity with immigrant communities across the Americas. 10% of proceeds support Freedom for Immigrants, working to end immigration detention and build a world where everyone belongs.

Some chocolate, roast, and coffee. Pours dark brown with good mocha head and lacing. Good balance. Light bitter end.
