Pilsner Nocturno is a collaboration with Sam of Bonn Place Brewing, the best brewery at 310 Taylor Street on the Southside of Bethlehem. This black Italian pilsner has a deep ebony hue, and offers a crisp and refreshing bitterness, balanced by roasted malt flavors. Kettle and dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Callista hops infuse this brew with flavors of white grapes and berry, complemented by subtle roasted coffee hints.

Can pour, almost black. Dry charred wood and dark chocolate aroma. Dry, bitter and herbal notes - hint of licorice, char and alpine bitter herbs.
