Sampled on draft at the cidery this cider poured a dark plum color with a large foamy pink head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart plum and berries. The flavor was tart raspberry, plum, and cherry with a sour note coming out at the end. Long finish. Medium body. Tasty

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear purple with small frothy pink head that lasts. The aroma is spice, plum skin, oak. Medium body, light jam, plum, nice boozy finish, very good.
