[CIP 076 | Riwaka | Rakau | Nelson]
We teamed up with @rockyridgebrewing and @claytonhops_nz for Jelly Legs, a Hazy DIPA built entirely on Kiwi flavour. This beer showcases some of the best NZ has to offer as well as Clayton's range of Amplifire pellets and oils. The real star, though, is their experimental hop CIP-076. This hop absolutely blew us away with notes of stonefruit, sweet tropical fruits, and what we could only describe as a "really nice hoppiness."
Blended with Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Riwaka, and sprinkling of Motueka, this massive DIPA is pure breakfast juice.

From a 440ml can on 25/10/2025. Pours murky deep golden with a medium head. The aroma is very full, featuring lots of tropical and stone fruit - mango, passionfruit, peach and a good dash of nectarine. Those fruits are all there on the sip, along with melon, lemon and lime. The latter feature in a pretty firm bitterness with distinct spicy notes. The palate is silky and slightly creamy, with average carbonation. Complex, challenging, amazing.
