The new Chaliera is quite unique, as it is the first time in the brewery’s history that we have used a true veteran of the new wave of brewing for dry hopping – the New Zealand hop with the bright name Green Bullet, which appeared on the market in 1972 (just a year after Cascade - famous engine of the craft revolution). It filled our bitter West Coast-style IPA with aromas of dried black currants, juniper wood and autumn garden flowers. A true IPA from the beginning of times!
