Originally brewed in our old NY location, we brought this one back and tweaked the brewing process and recipe, to bring out an even better version of what we once envisioned this beer to be. Brewed like a traditional Schwarzbier but fermented with Kolsch yeast. Notes of rich roasty coffee, dark chocolate and toasted bread, this one follows through with a medium body and dryer finish. Crushable and perfect these chilly fall nights.
