This was brewed with Oats, Wheat and a touch of Rye, before then being fermented with and cold conditioned on Concorde Pear puree. Afterwards we then dry hopped it with a blend of 5 hops including Citra+Galena. Pungent aromas and flavors of Candied Pears, vanilla and honey finish with a burst of citrus and dank buds. Creamy, bold and different! *No Lactose was harmed in the making of this beer*.
