Brewed with Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner, Dark Munich, Caramel Munich, and debittered Black Malt. Hopped with Tettnanger and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, then lagered for an extended period. Conditioned on Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans from Offshore Coffee Co. Brewed in collaboration with our Freinds from Autodidact Beer and Wild Air Beerworks.

16 oz can from Kevin, I think, thanks (assuming this was actually from you), 12/16/25. Mostly clear reddish-brown color with a fizzy tan head that dissipates fairly quickly down to nothing. Sweetened coffee, caramel, toffee, and brown sugar. Drinks sweet, slightly sticky. Light boozy heat on the close. Pretty good overall.
