Bottle. Pours hazy saturated pale red with a small bubbly white head. Aromas of sweet cherries, lactose, heather honey, rye spice, cinnamon. Taste is damn tart, rye, cherries, cinnamon, wild strawberries, lactic, light vinegar in the backend.

bright orange, hazy from transport. smells like a total sour bomb. this is insanity. oh my god. my throat hurts. this is just insanity. it’s like biting into a huge lemon and just taking a bite out of another lemon. not sure how this appeals to anyone except for chefs that want to cook with it.

Bottle - Soured wheat. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Tart and acidic with nice fruity notes, but no cherries for me.

Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016. Cloudy golden yellow color. Aroma of lemon and straw. Taste is softly sour mixed summer fruit. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to Team Boston. Pours a cloudy orange red with small white head. The aroma is cherry skin, funk, oak. Thin mouth, tart cherry, oak, leather, nice sourness, very good.
