Bottle to tulip. Moderate must, lemon and cleanser on the aroma. Pours a moderately low hazy pale yellow with almost no head that is quickly gone. Taste is musty tart, with moderate fruit in support. Finishes moderately dry. Enjoyable with a refreshing aspect to it.

On tap at industry public house, somewhat accomadable. Quite expensive. Looks like ginger ale. Slight aroma of spiced saddle. Some co2 initially. Mostly flat. Not as wild or tart as expected. But....you know it is. More tart than a regular beer, fer sure. Even some ginger ale in the middle, not bad. Just a little less than expected, but hey, these gose, yes I said gose, have become known as more salty but some are not.

At the source: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is leathery funk and the like. Taste is subtle funkiness. Very refreshing funky taste. Just the right amount of carbonation. Quite good.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lacing cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest, pineapple, pear, guava, papaya, mango, melon, pepper, hay, straw, light leather/musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/funky yeast and light-moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest, pineapple, pear, guava, papaya, mango, melon, pepper, hay, straw, light leather/musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/acidic tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest, pineapple, guava, papaya, mango, pepper, hay, straw, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from acidity/spiciness as well. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly acidic, and lightly grainy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.3%. Overall this is a great Brett wild ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

very hazy burnt yellow appearance. has a lemon meringue pie aroma graham cracker and all. The body is pretty darn good. It’s oily, slick, dense. maybe that’s the yeast. could just be a very high FG. honey and sweet meyer lemons. there’s like a tinge thing going on right at the finish that’s like a watermelon sour candy.

Draft - Sweaty and funky notes, cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice light stone fruit and a light funky sweaty finish. I like it.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, funky, apple skin, light tart finish, very good.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with vinegar, Sweettart candies and pear. The flavor was musty and sour with notes of apple, pear, cider vinegar and a hint of soy sauce. Long finish. Medium body.
