Collab with Eddies Roadhouse.

You’d be hard pressed to talk about the craft beer scene in the Hudson Valley without mentioning the legendary Eddies and their craft beer dinners. With our dinner looming next month, we wanted to get together with the crew from roadhouse to bring y'all something tasty and different for the event, as well as to celebrate their 15 years in the biz. For this one we took our Dark Mild base and conditioned it post fermentation on house made “Eddies Roasthouse” cold brew coffee and Costa Rican Vanilla beans for a nice little twist on the style. Notes of fresh bread, toffee and cocoa, follow with subtle coffee and marshmallow notes before finishing up cleanly. A true sessionable treat!
