Our second in our 2025 harvest beers is a very unconventional lager using 15% rye in the grist with barley and spelt, hopped with a load of amazing New Zealand Pacific Gem, making this a complex yet super drinkable lager.

6/11/2025. Draft at the Arbor House, Ipswich. Pours well. Rye enhances this really nicely. Grainy, rye cracker, citrus, grassy, hint of peppery spice. A little banana comes through. Body and carbonation of a regular lager but with much more to it.

Cask at The Red Lion, Cromer. White grape & citrus aromas. White grape, kiwifruit & grapefruit taste. Malty sweet fruity finish.
