dark orange with a little brown. more kolsch / german-esque yeast strain aroma. Excellent carbonation, i love the mouthfeel. the spice at start to finish is reminiscent of home made bread w/ pepper. then there’s a light honey eventually taking you to juggle or saaz.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow-peach color with a large creamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was yeasty and bready with notes of clove, a bit of must and perfume. The flavor was dryish, bready and yeasty with notes of wheat, clove and a vague citric presence. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
