hazy burnt yellow appearance. Lacto aroma, a little sulphur / pooper. flavor is nice. incredibly clean finish. tingling mouthfeel, lots of lemon juice, pineapple, apples.There’s a substantial dense mouthfeel to it. nicely balanced.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is dough, wheat, citrus. Thin body, lemon, wheat, crisp, crushable, very good.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart and citric with lemon and a bit of cracker. The flavor was tart, citric and a touch lactic with lemon and almost salt. Medium length tart lactic and lemon finish. Light body. Ok.
