Dark brown beer, beige head. Caramel aroma, malts, honey, citrus. Flavour malty and quite bitter for a dark christmas beer. Hops, light roasted malts. Caramel. Finish rather dry, caramel tones and hops touches.

Santa Bee: Aroma is very spicy and warming. A spice dominant flavour akin to a mulled wine. Quite smooth taste, low gas level. Good beer but a tad too spicy for me.

Draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear red color with a medium sized frothy offwhite head. Decent head retention and lacing. A tart and tannic aroma with some citrus notes. The taste is tart berries, cranberries, cherries and some leafy notes. Medium bodied. Strongly carbonated. Good beer.

330 ml bottle. Aroma of honey, dust, grass. Dusty flavor of caramel, raisins, honey. Very dry finish. Actually very dry from start to finish, with alcohol well hidden. Expected it to be sweet, but it was very nice and clean.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, as Santa-Bee at Oud Arsenaal) The beer poured dark brown and almost clear. Its head was medium sized, long lasting and lightly brown shaded white. Aroma had cloves, malts and yeast. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, spices, hops, malts, yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry and malty. Ok beer but bit too spicy and also boring.
