Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 3 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3

Pale yellow with a trace soapy white head. Strong tannin with a faint tart citric note. Long finish. Medium body.

On tap at Spoonwood. Pours a clear yellow with no head. The aroma is floral and honey. Slick body, honey, apple skin, light dry finish, very nice.

Draft at Spoonwood. Crystal clear bright yellow color, still. See pic please. Lightly floral aroma. Taste is rich honey, dry, quick finish. Nice.
