Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty and a bit perfumey with a bubblegum note. The flavor was yeasty, perfumey, a bit must, chalky and a touch medicinal. Long finish of perfume growing medicine. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Tap source. Strong belgan yeasty first impressions. A little bit of medicine sits in. Yes, volatile, but not as much as 9% would indicate. Not bad for a domestic tripel, but also not as refined as many civilized old country examples.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral and yeast. Medium body, yeast, bubblegum, floral, light boozy finish, good.
