If you like IPA, ignore my numbers, I’m not a fan. Pale yellow. Slight mild aroma of BO hops. Stronger hop impressions on the uptake. However, I find the taste to never be in yer face like so many other examples of this style. Although the strongest IPA on tap today, it never rises up into double IPA territory. Remains calm cool & collective in hop attitude right up to the finish. Yes, spoonwood hopped beers are rather civilized compared to other IPA out there.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark amber color with a small foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy and sour pine, citrus and perfume. The flavor was sour and tangy with pine, citrus and perfume. Long citrus, pine and perfume finish. Medium body. Ok.
